This Return Policy applies to consultation products sold by Thrivevrsweep through thrivevrsweep.world, including the Variety Snapshot Session, Four-Week Rotation Blueprint, and Seasonal Pantry Reset.
1. Nature of Products
Our offerings are digital-forward consultation services with scheduled live or remote sessions and personalized materials. Because content is tailored after booking, standard return rules for physical goods do not apply in full; instead, rescheduling and refund windows below apply.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, if you request immediate scheduling and delivery of digital planning materials before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that service performance may begin early and statutory withdrawal rights may be reduced once the session and materials are fully delivered, as permitted by consumer law.
3. Rescheduling
- More than forty-eight hours before a confirmed session: one free reschedule per booking.
- Twenty-four to forty-eight hours before: rescheduling available for a €15 administrative fee.
- Less than twenty-four hours before: missed sessions are considered delivered unless we agree otherwise at our discretion.
4. Refunds by Product
Variety Snapshot Session (€79): Full refund if cancelled at least seventy-two hours before the session. After materials are sent, partial refunds are not available except where required by law.
Four-Week Rotation Blueprint (€169): Full refund before the first live touchpoint. After the first touchpoint, a fifty percent refund is available within seven days if you document that deliverables were not provided as described.
Seasonal Pantry Reset (€279): Full refund before the first session. After the first session, refunds are limited to unused sessions, calculated pro rata minus a €40 processing fee.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund is granted when sessions were attended, materials were downloaded, or failure to attend resulted from client-side technical issues without prior notice. Chargebacks filed without contacting support@thrivevrsweep.world first may lead to suspension of future bookings.
6. Defective or Incomplete Deliverables
If rotation calendars, shopping lists, or session summaries are materially incomplete, notify us within fourteen days. Thrivevrsweep will correct deliverables or offer a partial refund proportional to the affected portion.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@thrivevrsweep.world with your full name, booking date, product name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
8. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-tier consultation product within fourteen days of purchase by paying the price difference. Downgrades are not available after the first session of the original product begins.
9. Force Majeure
If sessions cannot occur due to events outside reasonable control, we will reschedule at no cost or offer a voucher valid twelve months for the same product tier.
